Do you design / make everything by yourself ? 

Yes. Every item of Kit is designed, produced and put together by our own studio team. And we are responsible for weight, package, and shipping, at the same time we sing a long song and read poems to find / exchange idea, to find more inspiration. 

Are these kits suitable for beginners ? 

Yes. If you are the beginner, don’t worry because it has pure English tutorial. It contains Easy Steps, High Resolution Photos to help you make it. ( Some also designed for Intermediate / Advanced) 

Does every kit contain everything I need ? 

Yes. All the kits packages contain everything you need to make the completed craft. Please see the details of each item page description. Just need a little patience and enthusiasm 🙂 

Safety Warning: 

1) Inner shape items are not suitable for children under 8 year old 2) Please keep and use the needle properly, so as not to be punched 3) Keep small accessories away from children, so as not to be eaten 

Free Service: 

a) Free replacement service for needles: Firstly, our needles can be used for long time under correct use. However, the needle is a consumable item. Please keep us posted if you need this free service on your next order. We’ll send you replacement needles. b) Free Guidance and Communication for beginners: We would like to share our felting skills & starter instructions for beginners.
